RICHARD GOLDEN is a senior advisor in Mergers & Acquisitions, financial advisory, and strategic consulting. In his career, he has led or played a key role in contributing to transactions in the industrials sector (including defense and electrical equipment), consumer goods, chemicals, logistics and freight, tourism, and banking and financial services.
Throughout his career, he has originated and executed a multitude of corporate finance transactions for clients, ranging from multinationals, sovereigns, and large state-owned enterprises, to mid-caps and private equity investors from Europe, the US, and Japan, on cross-border transactions.
Furthermore, he has been a member of supervisory boards, most recently as Treasurer of the Vienna International School (30 million revenue, 1400 students), and currently of the Austrian Landmarks Society.
Richard holds a Master’s of International Affairs from Columbia University, New York (U.S.A.), and received his Bachelor of Arts from Lafayette College in Pennsylvania (U.S.A.).
